Entry Requirements:
Participants must follow the steps outlined in the social media post.

• Tell us by posting and tagging us on our social media why you value Clean Air include the name of your school in your post
• Follow us on social media
Entry Period:
The opening date of the competition is Friday 8th November. Entries must be submitted by Sunday 1st December 2024 midnight GMT to be valid.
Eligibility:
The competition is open to Schools (early learning centres, primary and secondary schools in the Republic of Ireland) not individuals. However, individual students, teachers, parents or family members may enter on behalf of a school. The prize will be awarded by CAAI to the named school in Ireland.
Usage Rights:
By submitting your entry, you understand you give consent to Clean Air Advocacy Ireland to use your submission entry, copyright free, on its website, in its publications and on its social media platforms for information promotional and education purposes without further reimbursement or consent. Posts will be stored under the terms and conditions of the social media platform used, and the submission must adhere to and follow the usual social media platform guidance and not infringe the rights of any third party.
Privacy:
CAAI will not share your contact details with any third party.
Winner Selection:
The winner will be picked randomly from all entries received. The judge's decision is Final.
The Prize:
We are awarding One SA 600 HEPA air filter donated and delivered by smart air uk, https://smartairfilters.com/uk/en/shop/ . There is no alternative prize. The prize is non-transferable there will be no cash alternative.
Announcement:
The winning school will be announced on our website and social media platforms on 3rd December 2024. The winning school will be contacted prior to the announcement on the CAAI website and social media platforms,

Clean Air Advocacy Ireland accepts no liability or responsibility arising from the competition e.g. damage of the filter during transit or to any individual arising from the use of the filter or for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by any participant as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. The competition is subject to IRISH LAW.
